Maybe It's Time for a Comeback

I've been thinking about how much I miss sharing my pets. I would almost bet Tink, Casey and Ziggy would love to have their blog back again.

I miss blogging in the truest art form. It was fun and a wonderful way to share your life with people. I loved the friends I've made over the  years and I really miss that.

It's time for me and my little fur family to get back to our roots.

Meet Tink

After months and months of waiting, praying, and praying some more, we finally have a new addition to our family. This is "Tink" (yes, short for Tinkerbell) and she is about 9 weeks old. She is a Chug. Part Pug part  Chihuahua.   I was looking at rescues, adoption centers, Craigslist, newspapers and various other places people post dogs. Every time we found one we liked it had issues with other dogs or cats. Then I couldn't decide if I wanted an older dog for Casey, or a puppy.

Sorry to Have to Say Good-Bye

Saying good-bye is never an easy thing, but it is something I was forced to do this morning. I knew this day would come and I even tried to mentally prepare myself. When Cain started to have his seizures we knew Boxers were prone to brain tumors and cancer. That was the reality I was faced with. Cancer can be an evil bitch as I have seen her take away so many people and furkids that were close to me. Cain's seizures started to get worse. Instead of head tremors they were turning in to full body, muscle spasm tremors. He was drinking more, eating less and peeing every 30 minutes.

i suppose i should be his friend

i am not the biggest fan of that cat, ziggy. he is just crazy the way he runs around the house all spazzy. i think that's why mom called him ziggy. ziggy. ha. should be called zippy the way he zips around. ziggy has slept with mom every night since she brought him home.
